How to Improve Stamina in Basketball

Since basketball is such a fast-paced sport, it requires a high level of fitness and endurance. There are a variety of drills you can practice several times a week in order to build up your stamina, so you will be able to play at a higher level. It is important to be realistic about your own endurance and capabilities while you are training. If you feel a series of drills or routines are too tiring, do them for shorter periods of time to avoid overworking yourself.
