UT-CN300 11-Speed Chain Tool
-
Campagnolo's 11-speed Ultra Shift chains offer quiet, quick shifting and toughness. Due to their narrowness, they require a specialized tool for installation and routine tightening. Use the UT-CN300 to stabilize the narrow chain perfectly. It allows you to install the Ultra Shift chain properly for maximum quality of usage.
Ultra Torque UT-BB130 Tool for External Cups
-
Campagnolo recommends installing bottom brackets by coating the cups' threads with Loctite 222 (an anaerobic thread tightener that retails for approximately $15 an ounce) while slowly hand-tightening them. However, if you don't want to use Loctite for any reason, you can attach the UT-BB130 to a torque wrench and tighten the cups. Additionally -- Loctite or no Loctite -- the UT-BB130 removes the cups.
BB/Cassette Lockring Tool
-
Like Campagnolo bottom brackets and chains, Campagnolo cassettes require a specially designed tool for installation and removal. The BB/Cassette Lockring Tool attaches to a chainwhip for installing and removing Campagnolo's Record, Chorus and Centaur cassettes. You also can use it to install and remove square-taper Record and Chorus bottom brackets.
Ultra Torque UT-BB110 Tool for 10mm Fixing Bolt
-
The right and left arms of Campagnolo's Record, Chorus and Centaur cranksets hold together by a two-piece splined spindle known as a "Hirth joint," which a 10mm fixing bolt holds together. The awkward placement of this bolt makes it difficult to tighten or loosen with ordinary bicycle repair tools. The UT-BB110 attaches to a 10mm allen wrench, a 17mm box end wrench or a crescent wrench to so you can reach the out-of-the-way, recessed bolt.
Lithium Grease
-
Though perhaps not strictly a "tool," Campagnolo Lithium Grease is an important component of any Campagnolo enthusiast's bicycle maintenance kit. It is the same white grease used in the Campagnolo factory, and the company recommendsd it for any bearings, balls of wheels, cranksets and derailleurs.
