Football players in almost every position wear gloves to keep their hands warm during harsh weather and gain a greater grip when receiving the ball. Quarterbacks have been an exception and typically avoided anything that could affect the accuracy of their throws. Options now exist, however, that specifically offer quarterbacks protection for their hands without diminishing effective game play.
