Liverpool and Arsenal are two of the main challengers to Chelsea for the Premier League title this season. The Blues may be the frontrunners at the moment, but things could – and perhaps will – change in the coming weeks. Both Liverpool and Arsenal have a good chance of catching Antonio Conte’s side, as it is certainly too early to call the title race.
The game between Liverpool and Arsenal at Anfield on March 4 would be key not only in the Premier League title race but also in the quest for a place in the top four. Tottenham Hotspur, Manchester City and Manchester United are aiming for a Champions League spot, and the match on Merseyside will be keenly watched by them all.
Playing at home will give Liverpool an advantage. The Reds have a loyal fanbase and the home supporters will be making a lot of noise. The Kop will be like the 12th man for Jurgen Klopp’s side, and Arsenal could find the atmosphere intimidating. One suspects that manager Arsene Wenger would appreciate every single Arsenal fan who attends the game and supports the visiting team.
Arsenal Tickets are quite hard to get, but TicketGum still has a few left; seats at Long Side Standard and Long Side Gold are available at the moment. If you are an Arsenal fan, then you simply cannot afford to miss out. After all, wouldn’t it be just great if the Gunners score a goal in injury time and pick up all three points from the encounter after what happened earlier in the season?

Back on the opening weekend of the 2016-17 Premier League campaign in August, Arsenal suffered a 4-3 defeat to Liverpool at the Emirates Stadium. In what was one of the best games of the season, the Gunners took the lead just past the half-hour mark, but they then conceded four goals before finding the net twice to give the Merseyside outfit a scare in North London.
Both Liverpool and Arsenal are attack-minded teams, with their respective defences often showing vulnerability. The Reds conceded twice against relegation candidates Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park in October and as many as four times against Bournemouth at the Vitality Stadium in December. As for Arsenal, on average they have conceded one goal per league match so far this season.
The game on March 4 promises to be hugely entertaining, and there is a very good chance that there could be a few goals. With the likes of Philippe Coutinho, Adam Lallana, Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez all set to feature, it could be a classic. Both Liverpool and Arsenal will be feeling the heat.
