Instructions

    • 1

Kneel on the kneeboard with your knees 1 to 2 inches from the front of the rubber knee pad.

    • 2

Keep your legs together, with your ankles wide enough apart to sit your rear end between them.

    • 3

Sit your rear end between your ankles and pull the strap across your thighs.

    • 4

Secure the fabric fastener of the strap.

    • 5

Keep your torso upright and rigid, not leaning forward. Lean backward only enough to counter the pull of the boat.

    • 6

Hold the rope with both hands, with your arms extended out in front of you. Keep your hands relaxed, but maintain a firm grip.

    • 7

Keep your hands level and try not to look directly down at the water - keep your eyes on the horizon.
