The Milton Springers Gymnastics Club (miltonspringers.ca) in Milton gives youngsters the opportunity to take part in a variety of extracurricular activity. The facility accepts both boys and girls and has a variety of programs including parent and tot programs, leadership in gymnastics, boys and girls recreation programs, tumbling, open gym and tumble bunnies. Summer camps, kindergarten camps, day camps and spring break camps are also available.
Martial Arts America

Martial Arts America (maafamilykarate.com) provides karate lessons for youth of all ages in addition to after-school programs that teach valuable self-defense techniques. Children learn subjects such as better listening skills, the value of respect and how to better follow directions. Transportation is provided daily from the public schools to three different Martial Arts America locations. Participants in the karate program can choose from beginning classes to a more rigid black belt training course. Summer camps are also offered, which are an extension of the after-school program.

This includes swimming lessons, soccer, tee-ball, softball and baseball. The club also features summer camp programs from June through August. A registration fee is required, which varies depending on what activities your child is involved in and covers items such secondary insurance for your child while he is involved in scheduled activities and fees for umpires, equipment and awards.
