1
Locate the center mark on one of the skis. You can find this by looking at the sidewall of the ski. This shows you the exact place of the middle of the ski.
-
2
Look for the center mark on one of the ski boots. This mark will be on the sole or side of the boot.
-
3
Place the boot on top of the ski and line up the center mark of the ski with the center mark of the ski boot.
-
4
Put the toe piece of the ski binding in place against the front of the ski boot. Hold it firmly in place and use the black marker pen to mark a dot through each of the mounting holes on the binding.
-
5
Place the heel piece of the ski binding against the rear of the ski boot and hold it firmly in place. Check the ski boot and ski center line to ensure that they are still in line. Use the black marker pen to mark a dot through each of the mounting holes.
-
6
Drill holes through each of the marks made on the ski, using a drill bit that is slightly smaller than the screws supplied with the ski bindings. The depth of each hole should be no more than halfway through the ski.
-
7
Fill the holes with epoxy glue and immediately put the ski binding back in place. Screw it into place using the supplied screws and a screwdriver. Leave enough time for the epoxy glue to dry before moving the ski and newly attached ski binding.
-
8
Repeat the process with the other ski.
