Pole Vaulting Camps in Michigan

Pole vaulting is an Olympic sport that involves using bamboo or carbon fiber poles to jump, or vault, over another pole that is placed horizontally at various heights. The world record for the pole vault of a little more than 20 feet is held by Sergey Bubka. The state of Michigan is home to many pole-vaulting camps, which focus on training and developing the skills necessary to compete in this track and field event.
