Six top triathlons to add to your bucket list

We can't wait until triathlons start up again. We asked our community what their 'must-do' 2021 triathlon and ironman events are to give us something to look forward to when we're allowed to race again.

The Outlaw

If you're looking for your first event, or you just love feeling like a star whether you come first or last, the Outlaw triathlon comes highly recommended by our community.

With aquathlons and duathlons, as well as triathlons, Bustinskin has something for everyone at all levels. Plus, whilst events have been postponed, Bustinskin will help keep you in competitive shape with their virtual challenges so you've no reason not to sign up when they restart.

For climbers

TriHard Helvellyn

The organisers of the Helvellyn, TriHard, claim it's one of the toughest triathlons in the world. You'll start with a swim in the clear Ullswater before climbing the infamous 'Struggle' with an elevation gain of 1489 ft on Kirkstone Pass. If that's not enough, you'll be finishing with a run up and down Helvellyn with an elevation gain of 3118 ft. Hardcore!
