Nike volleyball camps give teens a chance to get totally involved in volleyball. The camps focus on improving skills by implementing intense training methods for every skill level. An added benefit is the boost in self-confidence that is gained. The camps are run by instructors that are both respected and accomplished and the camp directors are athletes as well. The staff provides all campers with personal and individual instruction that gives way to results. NIke offers several different camps to choose from, including an all-skills camp that is open to any skill level; advanced camps for more seasoned players; position specialty camps that focus on specific areas of the game and a team camp where entire teams can get together. The camps are held all over the country and dates vary.

SPIKE Performance Camps

SPIKE Performance Camps offer one of the top summer volleyball camps for girls in the Midwest. The camp is both mentally challenging and physically demanding and has instruction for all skill levels. The camp welcomes ages up to college bound high school players and includes 39 instructors who range from college-level head coaches to former professional volleyball players. There are several different camps that are held each year and each one is in the state of Minnesota. Registration for the camps should be completed prior to the start dates.

Cornell University Summer Sports School

The Cornell University Summer Sports School, in Ithaca, New York, offers a volleyball camp for girls from ages 15 to 18. The camp is recommended for players who take the game seriously and plan on competing at college level one day. Campers participate in drills, games and other activities that emphasize skills and technique. The camp offers professional training from the finest coaching staffs in the country. Campers are encourage to bring the proper attire including swimsuits and workout clothes, pillows, blankets, sheets, alarm clocks, water bottles and towels. As of 2010, enrollment fees for campers staying on site is $409, while commuting campers can expect a cost of $289.
