How to Keep Score in Volleyball

Volleyball provides a lot of exciting back and forth action by allowing the receiving team to immediately regain possession of the serve if it wins the rally.

Instructions

      Award the serving team one point if the receiving team allows the ball to touch the ground within its half of the playing court, hits the ball out of bounds, hits the ball more than three times without sending it over the net or otherwise violates the rules of the game.

      Award the serve to the receiving team if the serving team commits any of the faults mentioned above - but don't award a point to either team.

      Win the game by being the first team to reach a score of 15 points while the other team's score is 13 points or lower - or being the team with the highest score when the game clock runs out.
