A professional wrestler has to be lean and buff. This means that he has to have superior dedication, monitor what he eats constantly and continue those exercise regimens are a more regularly basis.

Join a wrestling team or better yet enroll in a wrestling training school. These schools can help increase your chances at being noticed, but be warned: They can be expensive.

Don't give up. Even if you get a chance at the big leagues, you won't necessarily get a real match for months. This means you have to continue to have patience.
