How to Drop-Kick Like a WWE Wrestler
Instructions

1
Measure up your opponent first. You need to know the exact spot to take off from, since being in the air will give you no chance to compensate. You may need to rehearse this move more than any other pro wrestling move.
-
2
Start the move at least a step or two away from the takeoff point on the mat. You will likely need to take this step forward to build momentum for the leap. Only the most agile wrestlers won't need to do this.
-
3
Jump up in the air in the direction of your opponent. While in midair, bend your knees and lean back until you are horizontal and parallel with the floor.
-
4
Turn your body to one side while still in midair. Both soles of your feet should be sideways and right next to your opponent's face.
-
5
Straighten your knees to push your feet into the opponent's face. Your opponent should lean his head back in the attempt to sell the kick (make it look like he was really hit and hurt). Your body should still be turning, and you should drop to the floor face down.
