How to Do a Suplex Like a WWE Superstar

1
Grab your opponent around the head with your dominant arm. Get him in a solid headlock.
-
2
Place your opponent's arms so one is over your non-dominant shoulder and the other is on your waist. This gets you ready for some heavy lifting and shoving.
-
3
Drop down and grab your opponent around his waist with your free arm, and then lift him up and back as hard as you can to create momentum. Throw your opponent up and over your shoulder so he lands on his back.
-
4
Heave yourself backward and take your opponent with you. The two of you should land on your back, with your heads side-by-side and your feet facing in opposite directions.
