Use classic moves and footwork to wear down the opponent. Size up the situation and when the opponent is in a weakened state, make this move.

Approach the opponent carefully from the front. Kick or knee the opponent in the abdomen to cause him to double over. Pull a weakened opponent down by the shoulders into a similar position.
