How to Do a Boston Crab
Wrestling is all about pinning your opponent in a submission move that causes them to "tap out." The submission move focuses on causing extreme pain and cutting off circulation to their brain. Once an opponent is in this position, he must tap out or risk serious injury. Here is how to perform one of the best submission moves called the Boston Crab.
Instructions

-
1
Get your opponent in a situation so that he is lying on his back. (After a body slam is a great time.)
-
2
Stand over your opponent so that you are facing his feet and one of your legs is between his legs.
-
3
Grab hold of their legs and pull them up toward you.
-
4
Turn in the opposite direction. This will cause your opponent to flip onto his stomach as you begin to wrench his back.
-
5
Squat down over your opponent while continuing to pull up on his legs. Hold the Boston Crab as long as possible until your wrestling opponent taps out.
