How to Perform WWE Wrestling Moves

Every week, millions of WWE fans around the world watch in awe as various wrestling superstars compete and show off their ring skills. After watching, many fans try to emulate the WWE ring skills. With a little training and knowledge of the WWE, you could learn some of the trademark moves that the WWE superstars perform.

Instructions

  1. Ankle Lock

    • 1

      Knock your opponent to the mat face down. The Ankle Lock is a key WWE submission move used by former WWE superstars Kurt Angle and Ken Shamrock.

      Run to the back of them and lift up one of his legs.

      Grab the front and back and back of his foot using a tight grip.

      Snap the ankle to the side and apply pressure. Bend his leg up to add even more pressure into his back.

      Pull your opponent back if he attempts to go towards the ropes. This will help prevent a rope break and allow you to apply the move even longer.

    Elevator Drop

      Run up behind your opponent. The elevator drop is a quick move that delivers a nice amount of damage to an opponent.

      Duck down and stick your head between his legs.

      Lift him up into the air so he is sitting on your shoulders.

      Fall straight back and slam your opponent onto the mat.

    10 Fists

      Irish Whip your opponent into the corner.

      Punch and kick him a couple of times to make sure that he stays in the corner.

      Climb up to the second turnbuckle so that you are standing above your opponent

      Begin punching your opponent in the head. Start out with slow punches.

      Increase the speed of the punches as the crowd count to ten while you punch. Rapidly punch your opponent in the head once the ten count has been completed.

    Spine Buster

      Irish Whip your opponent across the ropes.

      Set your body in a shoulder tackle position.

      Wait for your opponent to run back towards you.

    • 18

      Spear him in the waist and lift his body in the air.

      Slam his body onto the mat pushing down with both of your arms.
