Contrary to public belief, pro wrestling moves are not fake. Instead, they are choreographed. Regardless of whether or not the wrestlers perform the pro wrestling moves as choreographed, there's still associated pain. However, knowing how to perform the pro wrestling moves will help minimize the pain and possible injuries. The steps below will go over three of the most basic pro wrestling moves.

      Put each of your hands on your opponent's neck to simulate choking him. Do not actually choke the opponent.

      Place both of your opponent's arms over your arms, so now you're holding your opponent's neck with his arms on top of yours.

      Lift your opponent as high as you can. This will require a lot of strength. To avoid injuries, lift with your legs. You will also need to lift with your arms to get full extension. Some wrestlers perform this pro wrestling move with the help of the opponent, who will inconspicuously jump a little bit.

      Slam the opponent to the mat, back first.

    The Body Slam

      Pick up your opponent; remember to lift with your legs.

      Kick your opponent in the abdomen, causing him to lean forward.
