Instructions

1
Begin by holding your partner in an over/under body lock position. This means that your arms are across your partner's shoulders gripping at the back, your weight is pushed against your opponent and your knees are bent. Your partner wraps his arms under yours in an attempt to counteract the body lock.
-
2
Sweep-step toward your opponent as you increase your grip in the headlock. Bring your body in closer to your opponent.
-
3
Dig you shoulder into your opponent's upper torso as you lean heavily to the side, trying to bring your partner down with you. Both sets of arms are in the same position as before. Currently you are falling first.
-
4
Rotate your torso so that your chest faces the ground as you close in on the ground.
-
5
Slide across your partner's back and land behind him. Move your arms around his torso, but don't let go of your actual grip. This move should be as seamless a surprise as possible.
-
6
Push down against your partner from behind, forcing them to the mat. This is the perfect position for a go-behind pin.
