How to Wrestle Like John Cena

John Cena gets a bad rap for not being one of the best technical wrestlers in pro wrestling. But neither were Hulk Hogan or even Stone Cold Steve Austin, for that matter. John Cena may use his fists to get the job, but he has improved his skills with moves like the STF-U.

Instructions

    • 1

Start with nothing fancy--just wear down your opponent with punches, shoulder blocks and clotheslines. Cena's main arsenal to start a match is that of a street brawler.

    • 2

Take everything your opponent dishes out, believing that you have more stamina to endure. Wait for your opportunity to begin Cena's series of finishing moves.

    • 3

Grab him by the waist and hit him with the sidewalk slam, lifting him in the air parallel to the mat and dropping him on his back. You can now taunt him by waving in his face and telling him he "can't see you."

    • 4

Follow this up with the Five-Knuckle Shuffle, where you back into the ropes, have them sling you back toward the opponent and drop a fist to his face. You now have two ways to finish him off.

    • 5

Deliver the F-U, which is really a Death Valley Driver. Grab your opponent up onto your shoulders and slam him across your body back first to the mat. You can now go for the pin, or you might try the next step.

    • 6

Go for the STF-U submission hold (normally called the STF). With your opponent lying face down, lock one bent leg between your thighs and wrap your arms around his neck. Apply pressure to the neck and back until he taps out.
