2
Purchase a program for the match. Wrestling programs usually contain a glossary of terms and and a key to the point totals for various moves.

Watch the referee's hands. The ref wears a green wristband on the right wrist to indicate the home team, and a red wristband on the left wrist to indicate the away team. When a scoing move is made, the ref will hold up the hand with the wristband corresponding to the scoring wrestler's team. The number of fingers the ref holds up equals the number of points scored in the move.

Keep track of the points each team scores during an individual match. At the end of an individual match, the ref will hold up the wrist of the winning wrestler. Total the points at the end of the individual match, and mark your scorecard to show the totals for each individual wrestler.

Add up each team's individual match scores to get the team totals. At the end of the tournament, the team with the highest point total wins.
