1
Create the high "V" form, which is one of the most commonly used forms. Stand with your feet together and your arms stretched out at 45-degree angles from your head. Clench your fists with your thumbs facing away from you. This clench is called the cinnamon roll.
-
2
Perform the low "V" form by dropping your arms and making a 45 degree angle away from your body. Again, your fists are closed with thumbs outward, making the cinnamon roll.
-
3
Put your arms straight up in the air along side your ears to create the goal post form. Your hands are still in cinnamon formation but your thumbs face away from you.
-
4
Form a "T" by extending your arms from your shoulders and keeping them straight and stiff so your arms create the bar of the "T." Keep your hands in fists with your thumbs facing outward.
-
5
Bend your arms at the elbow to make the "Broken T."
-
6
Extend your arms straight out in front of you with your palm facing down to complete the "Water Bucket" form.
