The Youth Olympians Self-Defense program offered by the All-American Youth Activities is a unique experience kids won't be able to find anywhere else. Their program incorporates different types of martial arts to help kids protect themselves against "strangers" in a not-so-nice world. Their program helps kids become more confident, self-assured and motivated to do the right thing if ever faced with a tough situation.
