When it comes to baseball, kids start playing it at a very young age. The Red Cross offers a training course specifically for coaches. This course covers things such as treating minor first aid emergencies and CPR.

    • Another avenue for coaching certifications is to get certified online. Universal Class offers an online course that covers the strategy of coaching youth baseball. The course takes rules that are specific to youth baseball into account and tries to apply them to your team.
