      Start lying on your back with knees bent and the basketball next to your hip.

      While lying on your back, start dribbling.

      Keep your dribbling going and begin to do a sit-up.

      As you are sitting up, dribble the ball around to the front of your body and in front of your feet.

      Once you get the ball between your feet, switch your dribble to the other hand.

      After you switch hands, keep dribbling up the other side of your body while you are lying back down to complete you first sit-up.

      Continue sitting up while dribbling towards the middle of your body and lying down as you are dribbling down the other side.
