Instructions

1
Draw a line from corner to corner on the 42-inch sheet of plywood. Cut the plywood with your circular saw so you have two equal-size triangular pieces of plywood.
-
2
Set the plywood pieces on their 42-inch edges so they are parallel, 22 ½ inches apart and so the hypotenuses (the longest side of the triangle) are aligned. Position six 22 ½-inch boards perpendicularly between them so they are spaced 6 1/3 inches apart and so their 1 ½-inch edges are flush with the hypotenuses of the plywood. The outside boards should be 3 inches away from the ends of the hypotenuses. Screw through the plywood and into the boards. Use four screws for each board.
-
3
Position the last 22 ½-inch board perpendicularly between the plywood so it's 5 ½-inch wide surface is flush with the 21-inch edges of the plywood and so it's bottom edge is flush with the 42-inch edge of the plywood. Screw through the plywood and into the board using four screws.
-
4
Lay the 47-inch plywood on top of the six boards so its edges are flush with the sides of the plywood and with the front and back side of the ramp. Screw the plywood to the boards using two screws for each board. The screws should be 3 inches away from the 47-inch edges of the plywood.
