How to Get Started in BMX Bike Riding

BMX is a form of bike riding, otherwise known as bicycle motocross. BMX riding requires the rider to use manual power to compete in races that include obstacles, jumps and numerous turns typically performed on a dirt track, though moves are done on concrete or asphalt. Accoriding to Kearny Moto Park, BMX was originally started by kids but has grown into an extreme sport for all age groups. Getting started in BMX bike riding typically involves attending a race or a local chapter meeting.
