1
Obtain replacement sticker or decal. You can do this by either contacting Yamaha customer service with your Raptor's VIN number and requesting a replacement sticker set, or you can go to a variety of online merchants and find carbon fiber or sticker replacement graphics for the Yamaha Raptor 700. These replacement stickers can be custom designed and will fit in the unresisting sticker area on your fender.

2
Set heat gun onto low setting and use it to heat up the existing sticker that you want to remove. Heat will loosen the adhesive on the back of the sticker and you will then be able to pry the sticker loose with a putty knife.

3
Clean the area where the sticker was located with soap, water and adhesive remover. Dry the area completely, then use sandpaper to smooth out any slight nicks or flaws in the plastic that might affect installation. Wipe the area down with rubbing alcohol and allow to dry immediately before attempting to apply a new sticker.

4
Apply a new sticker to area where the previous sticker was located. If you opted for a new vinyl sticker, you should be able to gently place it in the correctly shaped area. If you chose to install carbon fiber or metal plates in place of the warning stickers, they will come with small screws that require you to drill small holes in the fender in order to attach.
