1
Pedal your BMX bike to a moderate speed. Place your left foot on the front-right peg. Place your right foot on the back-left peg. This should place your body on the left side of your bike.
-
2
Turn your handlebars gently to the left, and lean the bike to the right at an angle. Throw your handlebars to your right-hand side. This will assist in building a spinning speed, to throw you toward the front of your bike.
-
3
Push your right foot off the back-left peg, keeping your left foot on the front-left peg, and spin yourself and the handlebars 180 degrees to the right-hand side. This will position you in front of the bike facing the rear. Keep the handle bars slightly turned to the right, to continue rolling the tires to keep momentum throughout the trick. Extend your right leg behind you, to help maintain your balance.
-
4
Lean your body back while balancing on the front-left peg, to raise the back tire slightly off the ground. Still direct the handlebars slightly to the right, so the frame of the bike starts to spin toward you. The smaller the radius of your turn, the quicker the frame of the bike will spin around.
-
5
Press your front hand brake, located on the left-hand side of your handlebars, when the bike frame becomes positioned in line with the handlebars. This will stop you from rolling and quickly spin the bike to its original forward position.
-
6
Lift your right leg over the cross bar of your bike frame as it spins toward you. Place your right foot on the crossbar where it meets the seat stem, and catch the bike -- stopping it from spinning.
-
7
Press your right foot downward on the crossbar and seat stem, to bring the back wheel to the ground, and place your feet on the pedals to ride away.
