1
Draw a six-foot straight line on the plywood using a straight edge. Using a square make a two-foot line coming out from one end of the six-foot line at a 90-degree angle. At the other end of the six-foot line, use a square to draw a line coming out at 1 1/2 inches at a 90-degree angle. Connect the two lines using a straight edge. Draw another piece to the same dimensions.

2
Measure the line that connects the two-foot line with the 1 1/2-inch line. This measurement will be the length of the face board. Mark the face board at three foot wide by your previous measurement on the plywood.
-
3
Cut out all pieces of plywood using a jigsaw.
-
4
Cut 10 2 by 4's at 2 feet, 10 and 3/4 inches long using a table saw.
-
5
Set up the two side pieces parallel to each other with the six-foot edges on the ground. They should be three feet apart. Place a 2 by 4 flat on the ground in between the sides, flush with the 1 1/2-inch tall ends. Make sure the 2 by 4 does not protrude from the side pieces but is flush with the edges. Snug the sides up to the 2 by 4 and screw in place using a power drill. Place the second 2 by 4 on the ground at the opposite end of the side pieces. Make sure it is flush with the outside edges and screw into place. Screw the third 2 by 4 into place directly above the second, making sure it is flush with the top edge of the side pieces. Place the rest of the 2 by 4's evenly spaced, flush with the top edge of the sides. These will act as supports for the face of the ramp.
-
6
Screw the face of the ramp in place. You should put at least four screws in every support 2 by 4.
-
7
Place the sheet metal so that it creates a smooth entrance to the ramp. Using an 1/8-inch drill bit, make pilot holes through the sheet metal. Screw the sheet metal into place. The plywood is 3/4-inch thick, which will catch the wheels of roller blades when trying to ride up the ramp.
