How to Put Skateboards on Backpacks

Since Tony Hawk and the X Games exploded into the mainstream, many more kids and adults have taken up skateboarding. As a result, skateboard and skateboarding-accessory manufacturers have started making backpacks designed to hold skateboards. These backpacks include special connectors to hold a skateboard in place, preventing you from dropping your skateboard and potentially cracking or bending a truck.

Instructions

    • 1

Lay the backpack so that the back of the backpack is facing upward.

    • 2

Place the skateboard on top of the backpack so that the wheels are facing upward.

    • 3

Snap the top straps underneath the truck, the metal bar that connects the wheels to the board. This ensures that the skateboard will not fall off the backpack.

    • 4

Snap the other strap above the bottom set of truck. This adds more support and ensures that the skateboard will not bounce around when you're walking.
