Bring the board into the air. Use your front foot to push the board directly down while simultaneously jumping into the air. The contact between the board's nose and the ground will cause the board to enter the air.

Swipe your back foot off the side of the board to cause the board to spin underneath you. Once the board's grip tape comes around bring your feet back to the board. When the board's wheels make contact with the ground, bend your knees and direct the force into your heel to absorb the impact.
