Instructions

    • 1

Set the sheet of plywood at an angle against a wall, brick, fence or other sturdy, vertical surface. Brace the end that's touching the ground with a few bricks, rocks or other heavy objects.

    • 2

Soak the plywood with water from the hose, buckets or jugs. The hose works the fastest.

    • 3

Place additional bricks, rocks or other heavy objects roughly in the middle of the piece of plywood. The downward pressure will help the plywood warp.

    • 4

Continue soaking the plywood as needed. Leave the weight on until it has achieved the desired curve or flexibility.

    • 5

Let the wood dry, then use deck screws and the power screwdriver to attach it to a wood frame.
