1
Purchase a standard-sized piece of plywood and 4 to 6 cinder blocks. Acquire a tape measure, 4 to 6 bricks, a metal sign and a roll of duct tape. Stack 2 cinder blocks in a horizontal direction on your paved driveway or other cemented area. Measure the width of the plywood with the tape measure. Stack 2 more cinder blocks horizontally and place them parallel to the first set. Leave enough space between the 2 sets of cinder blocks to compensate for the width of the plywood. Add more cinder blocks to the stacks if you would like to increase the incline of the outdoor kick ramp.

2
Lay one end of the plywood on the cinder blocks while allowing the other end to touch the ground. The inclined plywood will function as the face of the outdoor kick ramp. Slide bricks under the space between the cinder blocks and the inclined plywood to create a supportive foundation for the ramp face.

3
Place the metal sign on the edge of the plywood touching the ground to ensure a smooth roll up for the kick ramp. Tape around the metal sign with the duct tape to secure it to the plywood.
-
4
Check to make sure the metal sign has been solidly fastened to the plywood. Roll up the outdoor kick ramp slowly at first to confirm that it has a safe construction.
