How Do I Tie Skateboard Shoes With 2 Different Colored Laces?

Double Crisscross Lacing
-
One way of accomplishing this is by cutting the laces in half and tying two alternate colors together. If you're interested in doing it this way, there's not much to say about actually lacing them up. The only thing worth noting is that the small knot won’t fit through the holes; to work around this issue, it's best to slip each color separately into the first holes, and not try to pull the tied lace completely through one side. Sometimes people like to hide the knot under the tongue, and then pull the two sides to the front in order to hide the secret; however, this may or may not sacrifice the overall comfort of the shoe. Either way, once it's set up, just lace them up as you normally would, and enjoy the dual-colored crisscrossed pattern that results.
Special Double Lacing

If you don't want to cut your new laces, you might be interested in another style that doesn't damage them. To perform this special style of double lacing, you’ll need two laces of each color. Slip one color of each lace through the two consecutive holes that are closest to the toes. Make sure to pull them all the way through to the center, so that they are even on both sides. Next, start to thread them in a crisscross manner; if done correctly, you should be left with alternating colors in each hole, all the way up to the top. Finally, tie the pairs together, and either tuck everything away, or tuck away just one pair, so that the other may be used to tighten your shoes.
