How to Get Certified for Zumba Curves Circuit

Zumba classes aim to create a fitness party by combining upbeat music with Latin-inspired dance and aerobic moves. Zumba was created in Colombia by Alberto Perez in 2001; the quick success of Perez’s classes led him to Miami, where Zumba was introduced to the United States. Zumba has teamed up with Curves Circuit to offer 30-minute circuit workouts that combine Zumba moves with strength training.
