How to work out while pregnant
If you're someone who worked out religiously before you became pregnant, continuting the same work out will not cause harm. Things you want to watch out for, though, are jumping and vigorous twisting. You do not want to put to much stress on your stomach.
If you are not one of those that have worked out daily but want to get into a routine of working out, this will help you during labor along with keeping you fit and healthy during your pregnancy. Again you do not want to go crazy and try running five miles a day but a morning brisk walk isn't going to cause any harm.

Try stationary bikes or water aerobics. These are non-weight bearing exercises perfect for women when pregnant. They will not cause pressure on your stomach or additional stress on your knees and back.
