How to Restore the Curve in a Neck Foam Roller
A neck foam roller is a cylindrical tube made out of high-density foam. You can perform a variety of tension-releasing exercises with the foam roller on various parts of your body. The unit is primarily used to massage the neck, and developing the proper curve in the roller helps with the neck exercises. Since the roller is designed not to lose its shape, it may take a moment or two to get the curve back in the roller under your neck.
