How to Attach the Leg Attachment on a Bowflex Ultimate
The Ultimate is a Bowflex home gym that uses power rods for resistance. It offers 310-lbs. of resistance: two 5-lb. rods, four 10-lb. rods, two 30-lb. rods and four 50-lb. rods. The Bowflex Ultimate includes a lat tower, leg press belt, squat station and a leg attachment. Use the leg attachment to do lying leg curls and leg extensions. You can use the Bowflex Ultimate gym with or without the leg attachment; just slide it on the end of the bench when you want to use it.

Locate the spring lock seat pin under the bench seat. Pull the pin out with your right hand and lift the long bench pad up with your left hand.

Slide the bench to the farthest position away from the power rods. Release the pin and make sure it locks into the adjustment hole. Rest the long bench pad against the support bracket. This places the bench in an incline position.

Unscrew the knobs on the leg attachment and set them aside.

Slide the leg attachment over the end of the Bowflex seat rail.

Line up the holes and screw the knobs in place.

Use a snap hook to attach the leg attachment cables to the rod cables.
