Gripmaster Instructions

The Gripmaster is a workout device for your hands, designed to increase the strength and flexibility of your fingers, as well as improve coordination. By using the Gripmaster in a few different ways, you can improve your skill level in various sports and musical instruments by increasing your hand dexterity. You may not want to use all of these techniques, but by isolating your hand and fingers with the Gripmaster, they will get stronger in the process.
