How to Adjust a ProForm Crosswalk 365S

The ProForm Crosswalk 365S is a residential treadmill that has upper body exercise arms, giving you a full-body workout. This is a motorized treadmill with a power incline ramp, thumb pulse sensor and electronic console that displays your workout time, distance, heart rate and speed. Several settings on the 365S are adjustable, including the belt speed, arm resistance and incline. Speed and incline are digitally adjustable, but arm resistance must be adjusted manually.

      Press the "Speed +" button to increase the speed by .1 mph. Press the "Speed -" button to decrease the speed by .1 mph. Hold down either button to adjust the speed in .5 mph increments.

      Press the "Power Incline" arrow up button to increase the incline or the arrow down button to decrease the incline. Repeatedly press the button until you reach the desired incline.

      Turn the resistance knob on the bottom of the upper body exercise arm clockwise to increase the resistance or counterclockwise to decrease the resistance. Adjust each arm separately.
