How to Adjust Nike Plus Runs
The Nike + smart band allows you to track every aspect of your run including the time spent running, the amount of calories burned and the distance you ran. When you're done running you can upload the run information onto your computer so you can record your progress and share your run information with your friends. If you happen to lose one of your run files or feel like something needs to be adjusted, you can edit your run files or create entire new ones.

Fill in the blank information fields on the Nike Plus Edit website. The site will allow you to adjust the time you started running, the date you ran on, how long you ran for, the distance you ran and your weight.

Fill in your email address on the bottom of the adjustment section and click on the"Send It!" button.

Open your email account and click on the email you received containing your adjusted run file. Save the file to your Nike + folder and you're all done.
