Take a Spinning class for awhile to see what style and types of Spinning you most enjoy. Some experiences will mimic a race day, or rides focusing on strength or endurance, cardio or intervals. You may find that you prefer different styles to others, and that the pace of each requires a slightly different type of music.

Ask your Spinning instructor for advice on where to find Spinning music. If you like what was played in your class, ask for the name of the music. Write it down and look for it in music stores of online.

Download your tunes. On iTunes, you can find fitness selections or you can search for the song using the name that your instructor gave you. Websites such as Spinning.com also have music selections especically for Spinnning. They have a great inventory to choose from.

Try fitpod.com. Fitpod is an online resource dedicated to providing tunes for all types of exercise. From cardio to stairmaster, surfing to yoga, Fitpod offers free weekly downloads, and members can download other tracks once they've created an account.
