1
Choose the best activity to control your allergies. Activities that require fast movement are worse for allergies than slower paced activities. That is because as you move through the air at a fast pace, the more airborne pollens hit you in the face. When the pollen count is high, avoid physical activities outside such as jogging or biking. Instead opt for activities such as yoga or walking.

2
Time your exercises. Plan your outdoor workouts when the pollen count is lower. It is highest between 5:00 a.m and 10:00 a.m, so plan your workouts accordingly.
-
3
Check the weather: Airborne pollen is highest on warm, dry windy days. Plan to work out when the weather is cooler.
-
4
Often you will suffer from the allergies the most after working out. Working out outside may leave pollen on your body and clothes. After working out, shower and wash your hair immediately. Change into new clothes.
-
5
Take your allergy medication. You should take it at least an hour before working out.
