Instructions

    • 1

Cut a small slit in two tennis balls. Use the slits as a way to insert coins into the tennis balls, filling them to the desired weight. Hold a ball in each hand for your workout. Fill socks with coins as an alternative to tennis balls.

    • 2

Select two empty water bottles with handles that are easily gripped and comfortable to hold to create a set of medium weights. Fill both bottles with the same amount of sand or water. Make sure the lids are securely fastened. Add additional sand or water as you build muscle.

    • 3

Fill two empty gallon milk jugs with water or sand and tape the lid shut with duct tape to create a set of heavy weights. Grip the bottles by the handles and use in your workouts.
