How to Make Your Own Weight Set
While you may be determined to get in better physical shape, the idea of spending cash on weight sets can be a bit of a deterrent as quality weight sets are often expensive. Rather than sacrificing your appearance and health because you'd prefer to save your money for other things, make your own weight sets, including light weights, heavier weights and even large kettle-type weights. Use items from around your home, such as milk jugs, and heavy fillers, such as sand from your child's sandbox.
