Instructions

      Face forward, and turn your body to the side, one leg ahead of the other.

      Bring the fist of your forward arm back to your opposite hip, placing it under your opposite arm.

      Keep the palm side of the fist facing downward.

      Twist the wrist of your blocking arm, rotating your fist upward to shoulder level while your other arm pulls strongly toward the hip.

      Block with the muscular part of the forearm.
