Types of Jet Ski Docks & Lifts

Jet skis, or personal watercrafts, offer a thrilling way to experience waterways with nimble maneuverability and fast top speeds. They are available in a variety of models designed for cruising, watersports and sport riding. Owners have several options for parking their jet ski, depending on their budget and water landscape.
  1. Mooring

    • Mooring whips are flexible fiberglass rods that extend vertically from the dock. A rope attaches the end of the mooring whip to the jet ski allowing it to set in the water securely away from the dock and prevents it from floating away. The flexible whips bend to compensate for wave action. Rubber air cushions placed on the dock will prevent any damage to the jet ski from accidental contact.

    Floating

    • Floating Jet Ski docks are a convenient addition to your pier or dock. Constructed of hollow plastic or rubber, the dock attached to the pier on one end with the other floating. The jet ski is driven onto the floating end, forcing it down into the water to allow the entire craft to rest on the platform. The buoyant quality keeps the jet ski securely in place and easily re-launched. The platforms feature a cut out section for the hull and tie down anchors for long term storage.

    Manual Lift

    • Manual lift jet ski lifts feature lightweight aluminum construction with wood bunks for the craft to rest on. The lift operates by the user spinning a wheel that operates a winch system lowering and raising the platform. When the user lowers the platform in the water, the craft floats freely off the lift. The wheel operated winch features a self-locking mechanism, which prevents the lift from being lowered without human interaction. Manual lifts offer the convenience of moving in and out of the water easily via flat metal pads that slide easily across the ground.

    Electric Lift

    • Electric jet ski lifts designed for deep water docks attached to a pillar or pier pole. The jet ski rests on an aluminum frame that attaches to a guide track. The frame raises and lowers down the track via an electric motor allowing the rider to remain on the craft during this process. These lifts are convenient for storing your jet ski in a harbor or at your deep water waterway docks where you want to store it out of the water.
