How to Get the Bulb Out of an Ozark Trail 6-Volt Flashlight
Designed for camping, boating and hunting applications, the Ozark Trail 6-volt flashlight is a handheld, lantern style flashlight. Through not intended for use in demanding environments, the inexpensive lantern is constructed with a waterproof plastic case and will float if dropped in water. Aside from having to occasionally change the flashlight's bulb, the Ozark lantern requires little in the way of maintenance.

Unscrew the lens housing from the top of the lantern with your hands. Ensure the lens gasket stays inside the housing.

Unscrew the bulb housing from the bottom of the lens housing with your fingers. Push down on the top of the bulb and twist the bulb to the right until it stops. Wiggle the bulb until it comes loose from the socket.

Insert a new bulb in the socket. Push down on the bulb, turning it all the way to the left until the bulb locks in place.

Screw the bulb housing back into the lens housing and reattach the lens housing to the light. Turn on the light to check that the bulb is installed and working properly.
