How to Get The Smell Out of Hockey Gloves
Hockey equipment can become extremely stinky and smelly after being used. This is due to the moisture that builds up inside of them. The key is to keep the inside of gloves as dry as possible and to air them out after playing.

1
Open the gloves wide open so air can flow through them immediately after playing hockey.
-
2
Fill a spray bottle with one part vinegar and three parts water. Spray the inside and outside of the gloves with the solution. Do this immediately after taking off the gloves.
-
3
Put the gloves in a washing machine. Add deodorizing detergent and run the machine on a gentle cycle.
-
4
Dry the gloves with a towel and let air dry. Do not put them in the dryer since the heat may shrink them.
